White Vinyl Frame & Sash

White vinyl window frames and sashes are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects that may result in blistering, peeling, flaking, cracking, warping, fading, or corrosion under normal residential use.

Painted or Coated Window Finishes

Factory-painted or coated window surfaces are covered by a 15-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects that may result in peeling, cracking, flaking, excessive fading, or major discoloration. Normal weathering, gradual colour change from sun exposure, surface dirt, scratches, improper cleaning, or damage caused after installation are not covered.

Insulated Glass Units

Insulated glass units are covered by a 20-Year Limited Warranty against seal failure caused by manufacturing defects — generally meaning permanent condensation, fogging, film formation, dust collection, or visual obstruction between the panes. Exterior condensation, interior room-side condensation caused by humidity, or broken glass caused by impact, misuse, or improper handling are not covered.

Cracked or Broken Glass

Cracked or broken glass caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect or thermal stress may be covered for 1 year from the original delivery or installation date. Glass breakage caused by impact, accident, improper handling, settlement, misuse, or external force is not covered.

Window Hardware

Window hardware — including locks, operators, handles, hinges, and other operating parts — is covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in material or manufacturing under normal residential use. Normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, corrosion from environmental exposure, and finish discoloration are not covered.

Commercial Applications

For commercial, rental, institutional, or multi-unit applications, window warranty coverage may be limited to 10 years unless otherwise stated in writing.

Door Slab / Door Panel

Fiberglass and steel entry door slabs are covered by a 15-Year Limited Warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects including warping beyond accepted industry tolerance, delamination, structural separation, major material failure, and manufacturing-related deformation. Minor surface imperfections, normal thermal movement, damage caused by improper installation or finishing, impact, or misuse are not covered.

Insulated Door Glass

Insulated door glass units are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against seal failure caused by manufacturing defects — including permanent condensation, fogging, dust, film formation, or visual obstruction between the panes. This applies to clear glass, decorative glass, glass with grilles, and insulated glass inserts.

Door Glass with Built-In Blinds

Door glass units with built-in blinds are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty on the insulated glass seal. Blind operation and internal blind mechanisms may carry separate limited coverage depending on the selected glass package.

Door Hardware

Door hardware — including handles, locksets, hinges, multipoint locking mechanisms, deadbolts, and operating hardware — is covered by a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Hardware finishes, scratches, tarnishing, corrosion from environmental exposure, normal wear, and damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance are not covered.

Painted or Stained Door Finishes

Factory-applied painted or stained finishes may be covered by a Limited Finish Warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects such as peeling, blistering, flaking, or major finish failure. Normal fading, colour change from UV exposure, minor scratches, wear from use, and damage caused by harsh cleaners or environmental conditions are not covered.
